Order
Find your items  in our webshop and add it to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout to place your order.
If you want you can create an account, enter your address details, choose your payment method, confirm your order and comply with payment.
Your order is then placed and you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. 

Yes, you sure can! Hydroseals ships worldwide.

Are you having trouble ordering in our webshop? Please contact our customer service.
We will then assist you with placing your order. 

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox. 

Did you not receive an order confirmation? The e-mail may have ended up in the spam box or junk mail folder.
If the order confirmation is indeed marked as spam, add our e-mail address to your Safe Senders list.
This will ensure that in the future our e-mails will always end up in your regular inbox. 

If the order confirmation is not in junk mail, please contact our customer service.

Have you placed an order through our webshop, but accidentally made a mistake?
Respond as soon as you receive the order confirmation via e-mail by replying to this e-mail.

If the package has not been sent yet, it's no problem to change or cancel your order. 

Pay

You can pay safely with us using the following payment methods: iDeal, credit card and on account. On account is only possible for business customers.

As a business customer, it is possible to pay for the order afterwards. This is only possible after the request for post-payment has been authorized.
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible for private individuals.
Delivery & Delivery time
We try to keep the range in stock as completely as possible, but unfortunately this is not always possible.
For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is indicated with the product.

Standard delivery in The Netherlands and Belgium is € 10,00 (excl. BTW).

Yes, that's possible. As soon as we have given your order to the transporter, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code.
This allows you to track the delivery of your parcel.

Yes, you can enter a different shipping addres than your billing address.

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Our sincere apologies if your order is not delivered in full. Contact us via our contact form or send an e-mail to info@hydroseals.nl and we will make sure that the missing item will be sent as soon as possible.

Returns & Warranty

If your order is damaged or you have discovered another error, please contact us via our contact form or send an e-mail to info@hydroseals.nl.
We read your objections and assess them. If everything indicates a poorly produced product, you can return it at our expense and get a new one.

We will refund you the same way your order was paid. 

Within the Netherlands, returns are free of charge.
Outside the Netherlands, returns are at your own expense. 

Provided you have not yet used the item and it is in the original packaging, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
Not good, money back.

Simply request a return form via our contact form or send an e-mail to info@hydroseals.nl and follow the instructions.

Warranty on our products is determined on the basis of the category, however, the legal warranty applies to most products, which means that a product must do or is what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it.
There is no warranty on products where damage is caused by incorrect use or handling, wear and tear after frequent/prolonged use or if the warranty is suspected of abuse.
